Once payment has cleared, we will process your order for delivery. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Items will not be despatched over the weekend or on UK bank holidays.

DEFREI does not take responsibility for customs fees or charges for orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To return an item, email us within 14 days of purchase, explaining the reason for the return. The item must be unused with authentic labels, in original packaging and should be in a re-sellable condition. We will offer an exchange or refund, but the cost of returning the item is at your own expense. 

If the item is faulty or was sent by us in error, we will cover the cost of return. We recommend using registered mail with sufficient insurance coverage. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. You will need to cover any import duties that may arise.

The packaging must be in the same condition as received. You must receive prior acknowledgement before returning any goods. Refunds are processed within 14 days upon receipt of your returned parcel.

If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence within 48hrs, our standard Returns Policy is 14 days.
